Community Health Solutions is pleased to announce that Terry Cyr has achieved certification by NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert™ . This certification acknowledges Terry’s high level of expertise and experience as an advisor to medical practices seeking PCMH recognition from NCQA.
The requirements for this certification are rigorous. Those who achieve certification must complete two NCQA educational seminars, pass a comprehensive exam, and commit to continuous learning and recertification to maintain the credential.
Terry completed all of these requirements while also supporting multiple primary care practices in their efforts to build capacity for NCQA recognition as Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Terry also has led Community Health Solutions’ efforts to develop regional and statewide leadership institutes for physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
