Community Health Solutions is pleased to announce that Caitlin Feller has achieved certification by NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert™ . This certification acknowledges Caitlin’s high level of expertise and experience as an advisor to medical practices seeking PCMH recognition from NCQA.
The requirements for this certification are rigorous. Those who achieve certification must complete two NCQA educational seminars, pass a comprehensive exam, and commit to continuous learning and recertification to maintain the credential.
Caitlin completed all of these requirements while also supporting multiple primary care practices in their efforts to build capacity for NCQA recognition as Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Caitlin also led Community Health Solutions’ efforts to develop an extensive set of tools to help practices streamline their pathway to NCQA recognition.
